All around good experience!

Location close Votto Nacional Bascilica. Very quiet, clean, and friendly staff especially Andres. Restaurant attached, I also did laundry here. Wifi is strong.

Do NOT stay here !!! The toilet not fixed to floor, had to leave window open due to smell coming from bathroom, while showering the water just stops. The picture on website is nothing like what you see when you get there. They’re no parking like stated on the website.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff were helpful. Well at least one of them was. However they were doing construction at 2am and it was very difficult for me to sleep peacefully with all the banging. I asked the staff why they were doing it at 2am and he just ignored me. The walls are thin so you’ll hear everything going on in the other rooms

The Staff of this place is wonderful... they were wonderful to me... Francisco especially. I had a problem which was as I was leaving I had a lot and it was 6am and the Receptionist did not ask for the key... I thought I would return but I did not so I still have the key of my room. I will try to mail it and to get it to them somehow. The place is great for many many reasons... they have a view of the Basilica and the Panecillo Mountain... it is close walking distance to all the Historiacl Sites... but not in the middle... so there are less people and less of the people who are watching for the chance do take something from a tourist. Ecuador is suffering from lack of jobs... and there is a problem with little thieves... the views from the Hotel are just amazing... stars at night from the mountain. Not big rooms... very nicely decorated... clean... showers... not tubs... for me it was plenty... I liked it a lot

Centrico, todo ordenado y limpio, mucha amabilidad en recepción, solo mejorar la hora del desayuno.

The bad: I paid online in full but when I arrived, the front desk made me pay again in cash. My recommendation is to not pay online since they don't seem to have a good way to know if you did or not. They gave me 2/3 of my payment back after much back and forth. One guy that was cleaning the rooms one day claimed that I owed 20 dollars. I asked him what for, he couldn't say (didn't speak English). He dropped it after I got other people involved and kept asking questions. It felt like a shake down and made my companion really nervous to leave the room with her stuff in it. The sheets felt dirty. I was definitely sleeping in someone else's used sheets. No one spoke English there. Phone translators helped, though. The good: The location is amazing. It's walking distance to a lot of places and the area felt safe during the day. The price is also considerably low. There was running hot water for showers. Even after all the problems, I still think the owner is a good person. Just don't pay online ahead of time.

Mr. Hakan as expedia did not send a response, the hotel proceeded to return the money, the room was not charged and the client canceled the hotel payment on the credit card. The cleaning of the room and change of sheets was not allowed by the client. We are always with the good attitude to resolve and satisfy any concern of our customers
