I felt safe as a solo traveler and the front desk was so helpful answering questions that I had. Especially Belen, she was very helpful in guiding me to see the beautiful places that I wanted to visit. She is an excellent person for the job at the front desk.

Very Secure!!! The staff very helpfull.
At breakfast there it was a particular server Daniel that was very caring. The whole staff was very attentive.

The property , room and staff were superb. The property was nicer than many higher rated hotels from the IHG group

Staff is the main thing in this hotel, stayed there 2 nights. They provided different pillows when we requested and they were always helpful with any request. Breakfast was very good! Great location, with coffee shops, fast foods, and other restaurants.
