I thought the fact that they charge you an extra $20 to stay on the ground floor was awful. I also thought that they charge you an extra $20/hour for each hour early that you check in was absolutely ridiculous. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have never heard of a hotel doing that especially if the room is ready anyways!

10/10 stay for a clean place to rest. Breakfast was a nightmare though because families kept cutting the line to go for seconds.
