My limited interaction with staff was positive, they were very polite. However, our room smelled like marijuana and our bathroom was dirty upon check-in. I lost hot water mid-shower and the room felt damp. There were flies and gnats in our room. It also felt very damp, like a basement. My mother had a "handicap accessible room" but it was very narrow with a high bed. The bathroom had a regular tub and a shower chair placed outside the tub. One night after returning with my family there was a raucous parking lot party that extended into the entryway, and breakfast area. My mom's room was right next to the breakfast area and heard the party extend to all hours. People were blatantly consuming alcohol, marijuana and cigarettes. There were bare-foot children running around and getting ice from the machines with their bare hands, dripping and dropping ice. We did not leave because there were no other motels with rooms available. I did not speak to staff about the party because I was honestly afraid of reparations in the form of vehicular damage (they saw which car we came from). The night of the "party" in question there was no staff person available at the desk to even speak to. My family will not be returning and I will not recommend this motel to anyone.

It is unacceptable for our staff to not take action when noise and group discrepancies arise, especially so late at night.

The TV was broken and when I went to front desk they just said yes it's broken and did nothing for it

They did not clean our room even after I asked them they rudely looked at me like I was asking the impossible. Incredibly noisy, very dirty and stunk we will never stay there again. Looked like long term residents lived there.

Rooms need update, it’s states non smoking but when we entered our room it reeked of cannabis, our sink facet didn’t work it was just leaking constant light steel of water, second room was worst, carpet had burns in it when you turn on AC it smelled like it was million years old and newer had maintenance an it was dirty….. I guess you get what you pay. Would not stay here again.

We checked in and the room we were originally given was dirty beds not clean food out etc. they changed our room and it was ok and a weird smell the towels smelled weird as well.
