Not the worst place i have stayed in, but...
Could not find our Expedia reservation
Did not have a towel
Did not have water the first night
Three flights of stairs to the room-xela is at 7000 feet so stairs are significant
Benefits-- close to city center, safe

Hola Ryan, agradezco mucho su comentario. Su reservación si estaba, de lo contrario no pudo haberse hospedado con nosotros, no entiendo la confusión. Lamento mucho el inconveniente con la toalla. Y en relación a la habitación, la mayoría de personas solicitan las habitaciones con vista, que están en el cuarto nivel, ya que son muy bonitas, pero al parecer usted quería una habitación en el primer nivel. Lo lamento mucho, pudimos haberlo platicado el mismo día y hacer el cambio y no por medio de un comentario con el cual ya no se puede hacer nada. No sabe lo importantes que son los comentarios para nosotros. Lamentamos que su estancia haya sido "Decepcionante"

The rooftop view was spectacular! The help from the staff for arranging transport, guides, hiking trips, food recommendations, was over the top helpful and much appreciated! They know everyone and everything about the region. The location of the hotel in town is also very perfect. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in xela

Posted 10 Aug 2021 on HotelsA nice find! A charming hotel run by a nice family who was so accommodating. The room is small but it had a good wifi and good hot water. There's a little terrace with a nice view. The location is great, too. Walking distance to the main plaza and cathedral and many restaurants nearby. Definitely this is the place we will go back again!!
