Overall nice place.
Posted 4 Jun 2022 on HotelsIt was a nice little place. It was clean and people were nice. The only problem I had was getting out early in the morning and getting in late at night. They close the door at 8pm and I think they open at 7am, but then again it makes it safer too. Also I didn't realized they close during lunch so we had a hard time getting in at midday one day and had to wait. We were in a hurry to go to my mother's funeral, so i wasn't very pleased.

el personal necesita mejorar el servicio al cliente, es importante dar la cantidad de toallas para la cantidad de personas que se hace la reserva y no solicitarlas, ya que casi nunca se encuentran en el escritorio de recepcion.

Nice staff. Simple but clean installations. The only downside is that the room isn't soundproofed. We where able to hear everything in the next room.

They were pleasant since I booked the rooms till we left. They went beyond the call of duty to help surprise my sister in law for her birthday. They decorated the room and helped get a cake for me so that it was there ready when we got there.

I like the patio, I didn’t like the room and definitely didn’t like the bathroom and or shower. The beds and bedding could be updated. The area was questionable.
