Great location, massive rooms

Friendly staff, great location and a massive room, especially if you are on your own or a couple because generally rooms have three beds. The first bed I picked had an old, uncomfortable mattress so I switched to another one in the room which was fine. Good Wi-Fi and free water refill.

Trashy, horrible hotel
Posted 20 Dec 2021 on HotelsThis place is garbage. They didn't honor the price of hotels.com, told us that we have to pay more for the disgusting room, when we refused; they told us to leave. They also do not have parking. This place is horrible!

Friendly staff
Posted 11 Aug 2021 on HotelsThe staff was very patient with our poor Spanish, and used an app to translate when there was an issue with our reservation. They did laundry for us for very cheap, and kept the room clean. A great deal!

Posted 7 Apr 2018Great Location, super close to Central Park ! We got a room with 3 queen beds that were comfortable and clean. The pillows were too hard for me but that’s common in Guatemala lol the room was very clean and spacious with a private bathroom and shower. They provided towels, toilet paper, and a bar of soap per each bed. TV with cable and a dresser for clothes. It’s very quiet and has dark curtains. The guy at the front desk helped us unload our luggage. The only thing is that you have to park at a different hotel which is like 5 blocks away (Casa del Viajero)
Overall very satisfied:)
