pésimo servicio a la hora de entregarnos nuestra habitación y nos dieron una habitación que no correspondia a la reservada

Posted 4 Dec 2023 on HotelsManagement is offering room reservations for rooms they do not have available. We prepaid for two junior suites with king size beds, only to be told on arrival that they were oversold. They then tried to put us in a nearby hotel. Really? Then, after letting them know that was not ok, they put us in a larger suite with adjoined room with two beds. Not at all what we planned for but at least we were on the same property.

We used Expedia to make the reservation and got a very old room. The bathroom had a bad smell. I had family staying in rooms that were reserved directly with the hotel and there was a world of difference with ours.

The hotel is a bit old. Rooms need remodeling. The A/C of our rooms wasn't working.
