I made this reservation for my father while he was on a travel, everything was nice, great view and excelent atention where his words , we have cero issues ussing the app , check in , check out

BAIT AND SWITCH
Posted 16 Nov 2021 on HotelsTerrible, gave me a "bait and switch". I reserved with Hotels.com for a standard room for $752 pesos/night. When I got there they told me there was no more standard rooms and gave me a King for $1,000 pesos. City was a super crouded, couldn't look around for another hotel. So, I bargained down to $900 pesos. He INSISTED ON CASH !!! No check-in no registration. I HAD A RESERVATION FOR $752 PESOS !! Room had no telefone, no outlets near bed, ceiling lights were not working.

No uno wifi, ni un teléfono para algún servicio, el encargado tardo como 30 min en llegar para darme una habitación que no fue ni la que reservé

Muy buena opción para pasar un fin en familia o amigos. Muy céntrico de todos los restaurantes del pueblo de Bernal. Muy accesible en cuanto a precio.

Lo malo: la habitación estaba muy sucia, habían muchos bichos muertos en el piso, un moco en la pared, la regadera en mal estado, las sábanas y cobijas estaban sucias.
Lo bueno: la vista es muy bonita, la señora es amable, sí hay internet y agua caliente, está muy cerca del centro de Peña.

Todo me gusto y lo único que les pediría es que la televisión sí tenga buena señal
