Estuvo todo genial.. los habitaciones, staff, desyauno..muy centrico todos lugares touristico a 5 a 10 minutes del hotel

Very good hotel, conveniently situated with helpful staff. One minor gripe, probably no fault of staff, is that the hotel probably has an arrangement with taxi service, whereby it receives a nice percentage of fares. The reason I suspect this is that they claimed the fare for them arranging taxi service to the airport was $600-700 pesos, whereas the Uber app suggested half of that. We ultimately just hailed a taxi on the street and got a ride for $300 pesos.

Hola buenas tardes agradecidos por su visita y por sus comentarios son muy importantes para nosotros. Nos gustarias comentar respecto a su queja, que nosotros no tenemos ningun convenio con los sitios de taxi , esa tarifa es la unica que el sitio nos indica dar para que el huesped pague directamente con el conductor al tomar el servicio; desconocemos que taxi o servicio haya tomado y la tarifa de uber de igual forma es diferente constantemente por el horario y si es que hay trafico. Agradecemos su tiempo de escribirnos siempre sera Un placer atenderle.
