Fantastic location which made walking into town very easy. Parking on site was great! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The bar on 6th floor was lovely great $2 oysters and lovely cocktails!
Stunning lake views. Breakfast buffet was lovely with very friendly chefs happy to assist. The only negative was we had a family room with 2 double beds as we were with our daughter and both beds could have done with new mattresses.
Overall a wonderful hotel and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful comfy stay. Some concern regarding shower over bath as no rail to hold to get in or out

We had a lake view, which was beautiful. The room is small with no storage for clothes/accessories, but we only stayed one night. I would not stay here on an extended stay unless you are OK with living out of your suitcase in a small room. The breakfast buffet, which was included, was excellent. The location perfect, in walking location to restaurants and shopping. Overall, a good location for a stopover.

poor value for money, run down, no ac, no hair drier, tired bathrooms

Thank your for your honest review. We're sorry your stay with us did not go as you planned. Unfortunately we don't advertise having AC, as we don't have this being the hotel built several years ago without it. We apologise for any inconveniences this have caused to you. Rooms also do have a hair dryer, but we're sorry if this was missing in your room. We're sure any of our staff members would've been more than happy to get another one for you if you asked them. We hope you can give us another chance in the future to make it up for you! Stay safe!
