Fully equipped apartment with washer/dryer, great for a long trip. Staff is super nice and helpful. They can store your bags before check-in or after check-out. Very close to airport.

Our room had a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. It was also relatively close to the airport and had a nice view of the nearby mountains. Parking was also easy when we were there.

As the property was quite new all the amenities were great. One drawback was that if you were out for the evening it was hard to find a parking spot when you came back. New restaurants and a grocery store were nearby which was nice. Downtown Queenstown is about a 15 minute drive.

Walked to hotel from airport. Nice bike ride along river to downtown. Easy bus system near by and choice of restaurants and grocery close by.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views were incredible (just don’t look down at the construction sites.) With the windows and doors shut you can’t hear a thing. The rooms were beautifully serviced every day….they even made sure we had enough milk each day. My only gripe would be the pillows. We had 6 pillows in our room and all were exactly the same (soft and flat). I’d love to see a little variety in what is offered as my poor neck was not happy.
