Super yacht experience in the heart of town!

Pros: Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. All amenities provided. Short stroll and you were in the hub complete with buskers a great energy!
Cons: Minor repairs to cupboard doors in saloon and door way into master bedroom ensuite.
Hinges on bedroom doors need lubricating. Main bed mattress worn
Location: Great pub nearby close to everything. We were picked up nearby to go on helicopter flight. Just a short stroll on Saturday and we were at the markets
Surprisingly quiet considering you are right in town. Great way to experience being on a super yacht! Plenty of room with everything you need including fresh flowers.
Sophia was very helpful and greeted us in a very friendly and informative way.

Great location, just read the fine print

Pros: Location looked excellent
Cons: Customer Service, no contact info is available until ~24 hours before check-in. Coming off a 24h series of flights that could be problematic.
Tried to cancel or reschedule about two weeks before our booking, but we were refused both.
Was most disappointed that there was no ability to reschedule or for a partial refund. Based on my less than pleasant experience with the contact at Pacific Jemm & Expedia, even though I did not stay at the property, I paid for it, so I'm entitled to review it and I felt the correspondence was quite unpleasant.
Also, take note of the check in times (14:30-16:30) and check out time (09:30) as they are quite limited.
