Room was basic, everything you need. Our room had an AC machine which was good for colder temperatures. Room could do with a deep clean not just basic surface clean. Breakfast was good, I’d recommend getting it as the price is decent compared to locals cafes. Dinner menu was boring compared to some local restaurants. Spa was very modern.

Only main issue was the shower water temperature. It kept fluctuating

Fantastic location in Queenstown. Property is a bit tired, and housekeeping arrived quite late (4.30pm) to service our room but overall a great place to stay in Queenstown.

Room was small but very clean. Loved the elephant shaped folded towels and Easter egg hunt given we arrived Easter Sunday. Staff super friendly

We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our New Zealand trip. We loved the location - walking distance to the lake, gardens, shopping, and dining in Queenstown. Staff was friendly and helpful.
