We had a lovely stay, the chalet king view room was very nice! Bathrooms could do with a redo, the staff were very friendly & helpful, dinning room was very good

We enjoyed our stay at Heartlands and the room was comfortable. Some low points were
- our room had an allocated carpark in front of our unit, though as we didnt have a car there were multiple cars parked literally right outside our door which felt a bit intrusive.
- My allergies were set off as there was quite alot of settled dust on some fixtures
- the curtain was hanging off the rail and didnt quite close
- there was a large gap in the front door which felt a bit drafty
- the bathroom was quite dated and well worn
I would stay here again as it was a nice experience, there are just some maintenance issues that could be addressed.

A reasonably priced older style property conveniently located for shopping & dining.

The hotel was great although if you have room 802 you can hear the lift which woke us a few times. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar but looked very nice.

The hotel is comfortable, staff are fantastic, rooms are dated and old but clean…ish (bathroom needs love)
Beds are comfy and the room was large
Our room had an amazing view and access to 2 balconys
Loved our stay and would again
