Room was new with furniture.but the paint was all chipped an dirt on the walls ..old paint ..heater was insanely noisy...old dirty stuff under the stairs and stairs were dirty..sticky ...

The room we wanted and reserved was not available. Very poor management.

The room we were originally put in had a horrible odor. Went to the front desk and was given a new room

Needed an easy chair, person in party can't sleep flat in bed. No easy chair! We had to find another place to stay!

Don't stay here especially with kids. The room was extremely dirty. Dust that been siting for years under the bed and around furniture. Dog hair everywhere. We had to buy sheets and towels. Sheets were stained, towels look old and smelled. We had to clean the bathroom because they didn't even care to just wipe and pretend. We had no choice to endure because we went for our kids chess tournament in saratoga and everything else was booked. Also they said they provide breakfast. The breakfast that they dont mention when you arrive but they advertise is granola bars and cereal on a counter of the check in office
