"Very efficiently run hotel in the centre of the city,close to theatre land , the embankment and covent garden. Our only issue was the size of the room, tight for two people! "

"We absolutely loved our stay! The manager and all staff were so friendly. The small riches : fresh water (and bottles) on each floor, the business salon with tea and coffee, and the amenities cupboard! The only thing that was needed : a plug in the washroom . Clearly a man designed it - no where to dry your hair .. we had to use the plug for the kettle. "

"The rooms have faulty AC. Very noisy, even if turned off. Staff suggested to leave the fan all night. Also very noisy. The bed is just a wooden table with a bed sheet identifying as a matress. The breakfast is an insult. Out of date pastries, the staff is just joking around and seating at the tables to eat and drink, like if they are guests. This is not a hotel. Please check negative reviews. AVOID at all cost."
