Very lovely treed street near the university. Quiet and classy! Breakfast staff were awesome!!

Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia en The Malone y disfrutamos el cuarto (dentro del hotel, las suites están en otro edificio).
La ubicación es muy buena a unos cuantos minutos caminando de los jardines botánicos y el Ulster museum.
El desayuno escaso, pero hay una zona pequeña de gluten free si es que lo necesitas

En esta ocasión nos dieron una suite tipo apartamento. Sin embargo esta en un edificio en frente del hotel. En este edificio las puerta se azotan constantemente y hacen mucho ruido y vibración.
El estar en frente del hotel hace que no sientes que estás en un hotel, se siente como un Airbnb.
Unos días después regresamos a un cuarto dentro del hotel y la experiencia fue completamente diferente y satisfactoria. Te recomiendo quedarte en cuarto normal y no en suite, es más económico y la experiencia mucho mejor.
El estacionamiento está a espaldas del hotel y hay un acceso directo desde el estacionamiento (nosotros no la vimos y le dimos la vuelta a la cuadra hacia la entrada principal)

I've stayed here before but the allocated room wasn't as good as previous. Additionally the room was extremely hot - it was difficult to sleep.

Check in process needs some work. They were super strict on a 3pm checkin with 30 people in the foyer waiting for the time to clock over. Not a great experience. I don’t see why you wouldn’t put people in their rooms if they’re ready. It just makes sense.

Upon check in we were sent to the property across the street from the hotel. We would have preferred to be staying in the main hotel or at least to have been notified of this in advance.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The suite was large but the sofa in the suite was quite stained.
