The bed was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The toilet water appeared brown....maybe old pipes.

A convenient place to stay at JFK Airport. Arriving guests can get a shuttle from the Federal Circle station on the AirTrain and/or get dropped off at departure terminal. Dining options are very limited in the area. The hotel is above average but not great.

I didn't care for the hvac fan being so loud and turning off and on all Night.

Everything was perfect but heres a heads up "if youre bringing a game console" this is my second time at this hotel, the first trip you will be able to connect your console to the wifi but the second visit it will not connect unless you erase and forget the wifi connection completly out of the game system

The staff are very friendly. If there were any questions or concerns regarding my room they would fit it right away. The first day I checked in, the two ladies at concierge take care of me, they also made sure the shuttle was scheduled to pick me up when I was leaving.
