Stayed one night, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, nice time in the spa, saunas. I liked that they have books that you can read.

Other hotels in the "Altstadt" will require a taxi ride or a decent walk with luggage on cobbled streets (bad). The service was great. Very nice people at the front desk. The minuses: no fridge or safe in the room, reception not staffed all the time. Overall - a nice, pleasant stay

Sometimes are receptionists are helping in the restaurant. For cold drinks you will find a fridge in the breakfast room near the lobby. There you can buy some cold drinks. Hotel staffs do not speak English at all. Probably the hotel would only expect domestic customers.

Lovely place we'll worth a visit
Posted 5 Sep 2019 on HotelsLovely town, friendly staff. Room respectable though curtains too small for windows facing busy main street. Room very warm but it was a hot week and a fan was provided. Pillows large square type difficult to get comfortable.

Overall very pleasant
Posted 12 Jul 2019 on HotelsVery nice historical building, no frills but comfy and clean. I thought it was strange the breakfast started at 8am, pretty late for what I am used to for all other hotel breakfasts.

Very close to railway station, easy walking distance to old part of city. Hotel very clean & quiet.
