Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my stay, the rooms are outdated, even after we changed room, there was still issues with the new room. What I found very annoying is the fact that information was not clear about what was included or not. Breakfast for adult same price as adults, I found that there were not a lot of perks for families, specially for restaurant.
Staff was really kind, I have to admit.
Overall, this hotel is not a 4 star, a 3 would me fair.

The attendance by the staff personnel was outstanding, the restaurant, wine tasting area,the jacuzzi and the fireplace very nice to unwind and relax .
