We were treated like lower class clients, because we had booked with Expedia. They have shuttle service to the airport only for travelers who booked directly with the Hotel. Expedia users must get a taxi at a much higher cost.

Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. The shuttel service is a paid service that guests pay for in a package sold only through the hotel. No one is considered second class. The service is not free Like any hotel we have certain rates on Expedia and certain rate on our site. It is not a question of favoring one client over another. Thank you for having stayed with us.

The service was a bit disappointed. Except for the chech in. We called for extra pillows and towels but never ended up getting them. The hotel, on the other hand was clean. Love the pool and the decor around.

Rooms were mediocre, but lobby/pool were excellent.

It was peaceful, but the bed could’ve been comfier.

Service was ok for the price expected free breakfast and it was quite far from downtown. Pool was clean but warn out and closed at 9 pm!!!

It was great! Only thing I would change is the setting for the hot tub to be warmer. And to allow men and women to wear sports bras or cut off shirts while in the weight room. Other than that, it was a great.
