This boutique hotel was perfectly situated in Old Quebec - on a quiet street but close to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. The property was spotless and the staff are courteous and friendly. The front desk staff are professional and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very spacious - 2 beds plus a full corner seating area with table, 2 arm chairs and foot stool. (We did not request a suite.) Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel very central to the centre. All walkable with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Would recommend thiw hotel if you are staying in Quebec City. We arrived by train as part of a multi city tour. Hotel is about 15min walk away but as we had luggage we took an Uber 5mins away.

easy to get to, only thing is be prepared to park off site if you are checking in later in the day or have a larger car

I am generally satisfied with the various reviews (being able to walk to famous places, cleanliness, quiet, etc.) However, one thing that is dissatisfying is why do I have to deposit $150 per room and the deposit cannot be returned immediately upon check-out, but only after a week? It was the most dissatisfying accommodation I've ever stayed in.

Our room was huge and clean and the location was perfect. Unfortunately there was construction happening during our stay that we were not told about ahead of time so we weren’t able to park at the hotel but a quarter mile up the road there was a parking garage for ~$25 a day.

Love the character and boutique style of this hotel, one of the reasons we booked it. Close to Old Quebec and the shopping, pub area. The staff was great, very helpful and willing to do so. Disappointed in the housekeeping. We were advised that cleaning of the room was “at guest request”. We were fine with that, been we requested a cleaning and came back to a dirty bathroom and our dirty glasses (which I compiled together in one spot to ensure they knew to remove), were left. My husband called the front desk and was told that we have to ask for a FULL cleaning of the room. We were never told there were levels of cleaning. VERY DISAPPOINTING. “

Greetings, Edward - thank you for sharing your feedback!While we do understand your disappointment, there are no "levels of cleaning" as you say - a typical hotel stay-over cleaning, as per the industry standard, will cover the following things: A fresh change of linen and sheets, towels will be changed and all the garbage cans emptied out. Any further cleaning is, as per industry standard, done upon departure of guest OR upon special request by the guests. Thank you for understanding!
