The hotel was amazing, very clean, Marcela the host is a genius, the breakfast excellent. I really love every single aspect of the hotel. I recommend this hotel!!!!!

We liked the hotel with its friendly staff. Its good to know a little italian to be able to speak with them. A grocery with very good opening hours, two restaurants and a pharmacy is about 150 m from the hotel. The beach is within walking distance, about 1400 m away.

Dear Guest,What bothers you is not a negative review (fortunately we have many positive reviews that do not confirm what you say) but the arrogance, rudeness and lack of respect that you showed even before arriving at the hotel.The fact that you wrote the first negative review just an hour after checking in we believe describes the type of guests.Let's break down the facts.Not even a day before your arrival you asked us to book you an airport transfer. Perhaps if you had told us earlier that you wanted the Transfer, there would have been less of a problem. However, we booked the transfer, sent you a confirmation message with the contact details of the person who would be doing the transfer, you could have called when you did not see him. Instead you decided to take a taxi, not bothering to respect the work of the Transfer.Unfortunately, being a small establishment, not all the people who work with us can speak English well, but they organise themselves as best they can to be courteous to the guests and not let them lack anything. Again, you have shown arrogance and lack of respect for those who work.Regarding the room being equipped for the disabled, all our rooms are described precisely, so if you had read the description better you would have understood that.We are also sorry that one of the things we are most proud of - there are few small establishments like ours that have rooms equipped for the disabled - is the subject of a guest's complaint.As for the noises you have complained about, all our guests have never perceived any noises that prevented them from sleeping peacefully. If you have particular problems with sleep or with noise you could have told us and we would have pointed you to our quieter rooms.What we regret is that you cannot understand the difference between a small establishment like ours and a hotel. A small establishment like ours cannot have the same organisation as a large hotel. You should probably book a hotel to be more satisfied. Although perhaps 'special' guests like you will always be dissatisfied and have something to complain about.Hopefully you will be able to find an establishment you like better than ours after your check-out.RegardsThe Staff
