Only negative is that there is no elevator so lots of steps to upper floor.

Rooms were new and gorgeous. Sound proofing wasn’t incredible but the hotel was quiet enough by 10pm. Restaurant was nice and overlooked the ocean but the service was mediocre. Would stay here again. Probably dine elsewhere.

Everything was most impressive-even on a cold and windy day! Would come again.
