Who ever was responsible for the lobby refurbishing did a terrible job they took what was a unique beautiful fun boutique individual style and turned it into a standard boring hilton marriott corporate looking lobby

Thanks for our fabulous stay, only for 1 night so would definitely book again. Excellent staff and the upgrade was a lovely surprise, much appreciated. Stunning hotel and I would recommend to family and friends.

The check in staff were very attentive when I arrived to check, especially so after I had fallen over on the way to the hotel. They made sure I was ok and offered to get a doctor if I needed one. Very reassuring. Will be back I’m sure.

Everything was of excellent quality. We went for a show at the Star so it was convenient to that. Show bed and pillows were all luxurious. Loved our stay. It’s better value and higher standard than other hotels in this area.
