Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. The pool party in the resort was a lot of fun. I love that there wasn’t any hidden fees or holds.

No handicap room. Hard to use bathroom. No handrail for toilet or shower

The staff at Put in Bay Resort was accomodating, however, the services at the resort were average. Firstly the wifi wasn't working at the resort during our stay but there was network and wifi at all other locations on the island, but was working at all other locations. The reservation said that breakfast was included, however, after we got there, we learned that there was no breakfast available on the weekend(s). We got a room with a jaccuzi, however, there were no directions in the room on how to turn the jaccuzi on and yes it wasn'r just as easy as to turn the button on in the tub. We had to call the staff to get their help in turning it on. Not to say we did find hair that wasn't ours in the tub. Also there was no microwave in the room. We enjoyed the weekend at the property and on the island.

The hotel is more like a "motel". The pool veiw room w/balcony did not have a balcony, it was just a walkway. The room was outdated, the curtains were hanging on by a thread, the room didn't have a microwave or room phone, floor needed a good cleaning. The refrigerator had some old melted Klondike bars in it (which tells me the cleaning crew is not doing their job). The door to the elevator does not shut all the way, which is very unsafe because you need your room key to get in. My family and I will NEVER stay here again and I would advise you to please book somewhere else.

The management was wonderful (allowed us to move our reservations back a day) and the front desk people were very professional and friendly. We were on vacation and were not happy that housekeeping came by at 8:15 AM and wouldn't leave (we were in bed and yelled to come back). We had to open the door and ask them to come back later. Room was OVERPRICED and MEDIOCRE. When we checked in the room smelled terribly like deodorizer. No real blankets on the bed, thick sheets. No water glasses, or ice bucket. No Bible in drawer. No space next to the sink for toiletries. Shower door came off the tracks. No refund for renting golf cart, though we only used it for 2 of the 4 hours (decision needed to be made prior to renting.) Mediocre breakfast.
