The staff gave us an upgrade to a 2 room suite with a full sized fridge, microwave, pull out couch, eating area with nice table and chairs. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great time. The Edge water is a great location, bars and restaurants to your left, to your right, etc. The downtown park is right across the street too.

I had a reservation for two queen beds, but what I got was two double beds. When I checked with the receptionist, she said it is a queen bed and bed frame is actually wider. She showed the other room with queen bed which looked bigger. But She said it is the same size that I got. I would never agree it is a queen bed, I have stayed in other hotels too. I can say it is a double bed. In addition, shower glass door has a gap and water was coming out while taking bath to the bathroom space which made flooding in the bathroom. Finally, there was a bug in the bathroom which I showed the receptionist also. Not at all pleasant experience staying here.

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. The room you had did have two queen beds. We do not have any double beds on the property. Next time please let us know about any issues in the room, like the gap in the door. That way we can have maintenance fix the issue for you. We hope you will try us again in the future.

Property is right in the middle of everything if you want to be in the mix this is it. If you want a little quieter this is not for you. Other than that awesome hotel best location for a hotel on entire Island

Close to everything. Staff was no help. There is no parking at hotel and the staff was unable to to offer any help. Got a golf cart for Saturday until sundy returned by noon for 80.00. To get one to use to help in parking the car somewhere for an hour or so was going to be charged an additional 80.00. Very noisy upstairs at around 500am. I think it is the help there. We will definitely find somewhere else with parking if we ever go back there.

We wanted a place in town so not to worry about drinking and driving. Perfect and right there. It’s not a fancy hotel but the room was big, clean, good tv. Our room was second story and no elevator. We could hear music from the bar next door. Rental carts right there too with a good price. We got exactly what they advertise this hotel to be. I would definitely come back

Terrible experience here. I booked my stay through Expedia for 8/24 , Bash on the Bay. Since the Bash was cancelled, i called the # to the hotel and was told I need to email regarding reservation questions. I reached out by email to the hotel to just inquire if I could get a refund IF I canceled my reservation or reschedule the booking to the new date of the concert. I received no reply. Assuming it was probably not going to be refunded if I cancelled, I decided I should at least get use of the room. I took the ferry over to put in bay and showed up at the hotel expecting to have a room to stay. The desk people at first told me that Expedia cancelled my reservation. When I called Expedia they said they still had my reservation showing active. Then the hotel desk said THEY cancelled my reservation due to the email I sent requesting it be “canceled” which was not in the email. It was simply inquiring about a refund if necessary or rescheduling. Also, the hotel never replied AT ALL to the email so why would they cancel my room & give it away with no cancellation confirmation?!! So I came all that way and paid $525 for 1 night which they took out 3 weeks beforehand and show up with no room to stay in!? The desk personnel kept brushing me off and saying there’s nothing they can do and that the owner needs to take care of it but he’s “not available.” How do you have no competent manager on duty?! The customer service was horrific and I will never do business with this place again
