We checked in tonight. From the beginning very friendly helpful place. They noticed my husband’s shortness of breath and understood he was ok but has difficulty after exertion. They asked and offered a room with floor shower vs tub shower thinking it would be easier for him. We didn’t need it but appreciated his trying to accommodate my husband’s needs. The whole places feel and is clean and the room was good size and very comfortable. After we settled in our room I enjoyed working out in the clean gym with plenty of great available machines. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Very much to like and appreciate! Thanks

This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it’s just as nice today as it was back in 2020. Good job!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Decorations astatically pleasing. Breakfast in the morning was very good.

Wish the a/c worked a little better but Overall the hotel is excellent

We had a 3 night stay, with a room in which the air didn’t work. I asked several times to switch rooms, but they were “overbooked” and other times to get a maintenance man to see why the air wouldn’t drop below 73. I was just told he went and checked while we were gone and said everything was working fine. That I was not able to drop it below 73-75 or it would Freeze. I ended up buying a stand fan to make it through our stay, but we unfortunately will have to choose a different location on our next trip. 😔

Dear Cassie,I wish you would call the hotel directly because somewhere there has been a communication break down. We offered to upgrade your room and move you the moment you reported it at 10:30 on Thursday night. I offered to move you twice the next day. Once at 8 am and again when I saw you in the lobby. You refused and said it was fine. As far as the temperature goes, what we said was that 74 degrees is the IHG Brand Standard to set the air on when the room is unoccupied and it may take a bit to cool down. I also said that as long as it was between 68 and 72 it would not freeze. When I asked you if you wanted to move, you said that it was down to 71 degrees and you did not want to move. I continued to ask you how the air was throughout your stay and you said fine. Our maintenance man did check the room as promised, and he checked the temperature of the air coming into the room and it was 70 degrees. We are sorry to hear that you will not be back, as we did everything we could to help. Thanks again for the feedback.
