The hotel, the location and the proximity to the beach were excellent. But the one thing that stood out was Mitchel, the concierge, he was super helpful, very proactive and always checking with us to ensure all was going ok. We got some really great suggestions on tours, restaurants, shopping. One in our group was a vegan and Mitchel suggest this vegan place called Oli, we all loved it!. Mitchel, you were fantastic!

Fabulous staff and facilities make this a great five star choice for Punta Del Este! From the beachfront club with Restaurant…..umbrella and chair service to the sand to a great spa facility

This hotel does not represent a five star hotel. Upon arrival there was a situation at check in which prompted my desire to speak to the manager. The assistant asked the manger over the phone to come and meet me personally at my request. The manager had the excuse of a “zoom” meeting, for which I asked to please contact me immediately. For two days not one attempt to contact me and resolve the issue. I have stayed at several 5 stars hotels in Punta del Este and Montevideo and have never seen a manager that cares so little for its costumers. It seems to be a money-hungry system where you feel just like a number. The manager Gabriel should get out of his office and provide its staff members better training in costumer service, and more importantly, use a little of personal “touch” to handle certain situations rather than staying behind a desk. Staff seems upset, not friendly, all around the property, except for vallet boys upfront. I will not return to this hotel in the future, and recommend Expedia to remove it advertising it as a 5 start hotel. Hence the huge discount promotions you see lately. You can feel it. It is a mediocre 3 star hotel level. They lack costumer service training and professionalism. It does not represent a good experience to a future traveler that wish to receive outstanding service. It looks old, outdated and not very convenient. Construction site right next to the left side of the hotel makes it unbearable to relax with the noise level.

The best place at brava beach Punta del Este

Everything it's great, an authentic 5 stars, great location, access to the beach, parking. Perfect. We LL be back.

We asked the concierge to make a reservation at Casa Pueblo. They were for two days telling that "they are not answering us". But they never gave us a feedback about that. We had to ask about it every time. When I saw that that woul not go anywhere, I decided to get a phone number and make the reservation by myself. It was literally 15 minutes for me to get it done ( by whatsapp ). If ai knew that, I would never have asked the concierge. Another day, there was a big thunderstorm. When i arrived at the room, there was a leak coming from the window, that created a big mess on the carpet floor, adding that part of the dry wall revestment was falling. I personally came to the front desk to complain about that. They simply told "thank you" but didnt even send a maintenance person to check about that. So I slept with a pretty bad smell in my room. Next day, the cleaners were in the room. When I got back, i simply saw the bad made, but the dry wall pieces were still on the floor. Nobody ever asked about that, even during checkout.
