Property was very clean and modern. Very happy with our stay! Africa was wonderful for the water aerobics, July was a great pool side server who was quick and always happy, and the kids club crew were all amazing!! They made our kids trip so much more fulfilling and exciting. Thank you all!

Truly amazing experience, great food, beautiful resort, friendly staff. We went the week after spring break and it was nice and quiet!!

The hotel was beautiful and the grounds were well-maintained. We loved the variety of food options available. The only drawback was that the pools were quite cold, which made swimming a bit challenging, especially for the kids. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay at this resort!

I liked sunset view from the room. Tequila tasting was an excellent experience. I also liked access to the restaurants without reservations.

Iberostar was an overpriced timeshare- like, all inclusive resort. There was nothing that garnered the price that I paid. Though clean and comfortable it was certainly overpriced. The food wasn’t good. I repeatedly called it mush from appetizers to the desserts. The only above decent meal I had while visiting was the reservation only Japanese restaurant on site. Our room was a room of poor lighting everywhere mediocrity with nowhere but the balcony that we wished to take a picture in front of. For example the mirror is in front of the refrigerator and all of the light source is coming from beside you. Outdated decor in the rooms affected the ability for a good picture as well. If we received the double upgrade we were supposed to have then the lower priced rooms are terrible.
