Big and well maintained property. More than 10 dining options. Beach and pools options. Friendly staff. Entertainment. We were a family and we have enjoyed . Highly recommended place.

Worst vacations ever. As soon as we arrived in the airport we were intercepted by some people from a comprany called "club kaverna" who robbed us $100 easily!! Then we arrived at the hotel and they have this personnel from a company called "Royal Holiday" all around the place pushing everyone to take an orientation and literally pushing you to take their club packages and they just talk lie over lie. Stay away from these people as this is a FATAL SCAM!!!! In other words, my worst vacation ever!!!! Food plates at the buffet were dirty. The roof in the tepanyaki was literally broken and the place was floodeddd!!! It smelled like a$$ literally.

Concerning your perception about our service, we honestly understand your point of view and we want to express our deepest apologies if you did not feel satisfied with the service. We regret that you were disturbed by pushy vendors but as we stated on another guest’s comments, we inform you one more time that Royal Holidays is an independent company that shares the same workplace with us but has nothing to do directly with our company. Then under any circumstance our guests should be forced to attempt meetings or to buy anything if the client does not want to and based on another guests comment a simple “No, Thanks” is always enough to be bothered but if they continue bothering you, it is important to report it to our guest service department, in order we can take action. Thank you for your understanding. Every point expressed will be considered as an area of improvement and corrective measures are already in action to fix these issues. I like this resort, I’m visit this place three times for last 12 month. Friendly stuffs, clean pools and beach, delicious food.

Reception desk person AND her supervisor were irritable and obviously did not like their jobs. Room bathrooms full of mosquitos .. I killed at least 20 in 3 days. Minibar fridge was broken .. not working .. I called for help all 3 days .. it was never fixed. No bottled water in the room .. called 3 times .. finally came with water 8 hours later.

I got physically assaulted and the staff allowed the perpetrators to escape the scene and did not do anything to intervene.

I was very happy with my stay. The beach is beautiful and well kept. There were many umbrellas so there was enough room to find shade. The rooms were nice. There was one day that the power went out in the morning, but it came back around lunch time. There were many food options. The buffets for breakfast and lunch was good. There were many resturaunt options available, you do have to make a reservation for all of these.

We arrived and our room was dirty. The service around the bars and food carts were terrible. Employees looked sad, disengaged, mind absent. Terrible experience. The food at the Indian restaurant was terrible. Food over all was mediocre.
