There were many things we did not like.... No communication...nobody got back to the many messages that we sent..we were not sure how to check in... One toilet didnt work...no hot water....we needed accommodation for five...not four....stove didnt work... No info given when we finally checked in... Very disappointing!!

It was ok, but wouldn’t go back, main perk is that it’s steps from the beach

They say air conditioning omg joke its it 1 if 2 bedrooms not in common living space . Want oilet paper buy your own. Want a fresh towel forget that .you get a 2 bedroom beachview with absolute nothing. No pool that us working .on the beach is pretty but watch for theives n vendors who annoy u constantly

Dear Christopher Thank you for taking the time to qualify our property with a burg of 1 out 5. We were very happy to welcome you here and considered you as one of our potential customers, so upon check-in, you break down the right of our property where you had a reservation confirmed for 2 people and you bring 4 others people with you so when we requested you for the payment of the extra guests who were not registered in your reservation you even wanted to fight the receptionist and left without paying the extra charges and you were talking loudly without a facemask. As well in our listing on Expedia, it is clearly that the apartment has AC but not in the living room we don´t mention that in the living room of the apartment there is an AC. Secondly, at check-in, we have been checked everything with you where you have seen clearly 2 toilet papers in each bathroom 2 body towels, 2 face towels, and one foot towel, soap, shampoo and so one. Each bedrooms were fully equipped for 2 people as mentioned in your reservation, not for 6 people. For example, if we try to not mentioning the extra guests, you booked for 2 nights for 2 people and each person had 2 body towels, so do you use the 2 towels at once?? As well I explained to you that we are not an all-inclusive hotel we don't change the towel daily, I was clear with you and you agreed on all agreement. As you mentioned no pool we explained to you clearly at check-in where the pool is located unfortunately we observed that you were out of control of yourself you were drunk. We had a very bad experience with you if all clients have the same attitude like yours we would definitely close our property and not receiving guests anymore cause your attitude showed clearly you are a danger for the society.
