The staff was very nice, the property is nice but need some cleaning and updating especially around the pool area, furniture outdated.The TV in the room was very old, could only get spanish channels and no streaming options.Will definitely use the Hotel again and recommend it to friend and family, great location and the best view, its quite and relaxing, just need some tender love

Hotel service the last day included a water outage of several hours, which delayed breakfast. Breakfast was also incomplete since they had o water for coffee, tea, sanitary etc.
This also delayed check out and hotel was not happy with everyone checking out late.
Hotel did not take responsibility for this inconvenience other to say I am sorry

The Hotel is great, located a bit away from the city ( 15-20 min) but right in front of a lake. the Hotel is great for families but Not so great just for couples as there are a lot of kids present. The outside pool is great but like i said too many kids. Not many restaurants nearby, you would have to drive to a restaurant. The stuff is great and friendly.

Great Views of Laguna Del Lago
Posted 6 Dec 2018 on HotelsThis is a nice hotel only 7-8 minutes off the main highway. The hotel is a little aged but still in decent shape, and the views and paths along the lake are wonderful. Very peaceful location with a courteous and helpful staff and good room prices make this a good safe location to spend a few nights outside of Maldonado.
