This place is terrible. Communication was horrible. I was told how to get into the apartment and told to let the host know when I get there. I got there and let them know and I got no response I couldn’t even figure out which door was our we were sticking our key into the doors until we found the right one. I still had no response from the host. I found the right door as soon as I walked in the smell was so vile. The apartment was very smelly in the worst possible way. I went to go use the toilet and sat down I got cut from the toilet seat because the toilet seat was broken. The air conditioning was not nice at all. Very hot. After all of this I left in the morning. And then I checked my emails and saw the host had messaged me on Expedia. Mind you I’m heading back to home already on a time crunch. The host is saying they need my documents and 20€ for a cleaning fee. Obviously I’m not going back to do all of that I messaged back and let them know they’re a terrible host and that they can charge 20€ to my card and if they charge more than that there will be a problem. I don’t understand why all fees weren’t taking from my card to begin with. Money isn’t an issue I will pay whatever. But what I’m not going to do is drive all the way back to give them 20€ and my documents which is something they should have gotten when I first arrived! Terrible terrible host.

Thanks for your review letter. Comunication was terrible, I am agree. Because you don't call me at all. You need to know that last minute booking your need to call the host, and check everything. So I don't have any contact with you. after booking, and I actually didn't know are you arrived or not. One telephone call can change all, and I am really wandered why you did not call me.If you make last minute booking and you booked at sunday evening 19.00 and want to do it immidiatelly it is always gamble. I am put the key in master lock for eventually booking because I was 500 km away on the trip and finally inform you how you can get the key ba message through Expedia extranet. Once again, if you call me that we can arrange everything by phone.After that you sad that was smel bad, but I didn't see anything next mlornin while I check with cleaning lady.Toilet seat was broken, thats true, and I change it today, because last guest did it and inform me when I was already move out from Pula.Regarding to the Cleaning Fee and documents for check in. When I arrive back in Pula 21.30 I am send a message to you here over Extranet that I am arrived and need documents for check in. You did not answered me. After that I am please you that you come to me in the morning from 09.00 till 10.00 in copyshop on the ground floor, but when I arrive at 09.00 you are already gone.So I don't have any documents for checking in, and I give for cleaning fee from my pocket. You are payed over Expedia , and only amount for accomodation is on the card. Cleaning fee is always extra pay here on this site and that is clearly describe on you reservation form. You say that I charge you credit card but this is impossibile to do.So, shoul I say , as you say, that I am terrible host... Never during my 15 years with my 8 apartments doing this job nobody sayed that, and sadly we are don't see each other...I am doing for my guests everything, paying first hor parking , give them all information, helped them in every situation ... they always say I am wonderful host...So, once more, next time when you do last minute booking anywhere, please call the host by phone, not sending the messages.Thank you for staying with us anyway...

Central with great hosts. We were happy here. Traveling with 8 year old enjoy being able to cook her pasta if necessary!
