I’ve never stayed in a national park with a hotel and I’ve visited three in Croatia. They allow me early check end, which I really appreciate it. Also enjoyed the amenities. I used the golf course and also used a golf cart to view the sites the first day and the second day I walked for seven hours around the perimeter and revisited the Roman villa ruins, which was exceptional. The breakfast was very good.

View from our window of the water was fabulous. Slept very well on the island.

The hotel needs a renovation for the rooms. Carpet needed replacement in the room but bathroom was clean. Staff were helpful. The price was too high for such an average hotel.

Amazing get away!

Simply Amazing, if I had to pick a fault, the ala carte meal is over priced, the buffet is perfect in contrast and just as good foodwise.

We had a new room in Neptun depadansa and the room was very nice and spacious. The view from the balcony was stunning!

Outdoor kids club and other great outdoor activ

Kids club was a great surprise, outside every morning! Cycling every day is the best activity! Nice beach nearby. Walking through the woods fantastic smells. Outdoor concerts. Zebra safari. Dinosaur footprints and roman villas. Brijuni has it all!

Landscape is outstanding and Veli Brijun is a truly outstandingly beautiful island - my overall Hotel experience was not as nice as somewhere else. 1. Cleanliness: poor. Dated, old, dusty and poorly cleaned. Bathroom wall was pealing off while having shoo. No air conditioning. 2. Service: poor Senior Staff had this ‘old school’ touch for customers service, unpleasant and patronising. 3. Food: poor As there is no other options on the Island for having dinner, you will be charged 115,00 HRK (£14.50/15,60€/17.50$) per person to eat very limited buffet style food. No drinks included! Unreasonably overpriced.

Thank you very much for your comments. The depandance Neptun is two stars hotel without air conditioning in rooms. We take a special care to clean hotel rooms every day and do our best to keep both rooms and bathrooms clean and tidy for our guests. Half board is served according to the hotel categorisation and up to now we had no complaints on quality of food. There is a la carte restaurant Galija at the Istra hotel with excellent choice of food and high quality service.

Auf der Seite zum Meer gibt es renovierte Superior Zimmer die wunderschön sind. Ein Urlaub zum entspannen in der wunderschönen Natur. Das Essen war sehr gut und ausreichend. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
