Keeping Low volume
Posted 6 Dec 2017 on HotelsRoom wall is thin and can hear noise from next room and outside corridor. E.g you can hear the next room winding their windows louvres. Keep Low volume as you may not want to disturb the others.

Overall, a nice stay.
Posted 7 Aug 2017 on HotelsGood, friendly, helpful staff. Very warm welcome on arrival. Had a meal in the restaurant on the first night, ate some of it, the rest of the week ate out. Very disappointed with the food, the only downside to our stay.

Good hotel ski slopes if you like variety
Posted 11 Feb 2017 on HotelsWe stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, 2 adults, 4 year old daughter and dog. Don't book this hotel during Spanish school holidays and sking season! 9 coaches parked up on one night!! Like staying in a youth hostel. Location great for the slopes in the area though. Our room on top floor reverse air con not working so very cold until heating warmed up in evening. lift button worked intermittently and with the children using it we ended up walking down stairs a lot. Our daughter has a milk allergy so we ordered grilled chicken-came with cheese on the top!. New grilled chicken breast arrived-raw. Waiter went to take away again and we said forget it-our daughter eat the chips! Got our daughter's that night meal removed from bill on booking out.
Staff were friendly and we felt sure that any other time hotel would be ok to stay. However, on our experience we would not book here again.

Nice stay after crazy drive!
Posted 6 Oct 2015 on HotelsNice, comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the garden area and the mountains. It's on the highway just before entering Puigcerda but it's a short drive into the city center.
