Fraud Hotel
Posted 15 Dec 2019 on HotelsFraud hotel. Tried to contact before checkin however number is not operational and there is no email. Hotels.com wasn't able to contact them either, yet they still charged my card. Going through a dispute with card company now. Avoid at all costs

Good afternoon, I commented that our reception staff were waiting for you to receive them.
If you wish we can change your reservation to other dates to remedy the error, but the place is not a fraud, we have very positive comments, because we have not had these inconveniences
