Beautiful property but very little amenities for the price. Windows in the room were dirty and bathroom were outnof toiletries. Staff was friendly.

Good location, maximised available rentable accomm
Posted 22 Feb 2018 on HotelsLong walk from town centre. Converted & extended large bungalow. Our accommodation was in wooden outbuildings. bathroom fully functional, but not best executed.
Host Juan was very accommodating and helpful with local information, however may have been a little intrusive.
Our room room was in one of the wooden outhouses, where the owners have maximised the available space, possibly to the detriment of the guests. The room was outside the main building. It was adequate, but compact. The bathroom was small and attached to the neighbouring room's bathroom, which was noisy and obtrusive.

Posted 21 Jan 2016 on HotelsThe hotel is more like a B&B, is a house that has been changed to receive guests. Nevertheless the room was spacious and nice. It is located next to the lake so the views are impressive and the service was awesome.
Do not expect fancy rooms or technology but a great getaway experience

Pros: Its location particularly
Cons: The heating, light bulbs didn't work, the seat in the bathroom was broken.
Location: The owner recommended a very good empanada restaurant half a block away that was very useful, as it the costanera road which leads into Puerto Varas.
Our experience was not totally satisfactory, in spite of the efforts of its owner to make everything agreeable. One disadvantage is the parking, and the heating was sparse.
