The team was so warm and accommodating we loved our stay. The food was outstanding, we ate breakfast everyday and loved the buffet!

The room we were assigned was a little noisy in the evening but got quieter later in the evening. We had a little issue with our bill at the time of check out, however, Martin at the front desk helped us out to fix the problem. Overall, its a good resort and we enjoyed our stay!

The pool and beach was very convenient which is right outside the property. So that was a plus. Their breakfast buffet was included which was nice to start off the day. The restaurants inside the resort are overpriced if you’re not doing all inclusive. But it’s convenient to walk out and find local food. The hotel is decent but old. They have plans of tearing it down around September time frame which makes sense after staying a week. The bathroom was a major problem. The room smells like mildew as you walk into the room. There’s mold growing behind the bathroom tank! Very unsanitary for our health I was especially worried for my young children. We found a great last minute deal but we would prefer a more sanitized living environment.
