Property is pretty much as advertised on the internet. However management is focused on saving money in operations. We were declined and extra towel when we asked; the plastic card key was in my back pocket and broke, we were told replacement keys were not possible, only two keys per room; rooms are to be cleaned every 7 days, we were there 8 days and room was never cleaned.

Hi Charles! Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry about all the issues you state. We offer changing towels whenever you want to you always have clean towels. At check in, we inform about our housekeeping service and that if you want the room to be cleaned, you just ask front desk to schedule one. Regarding the key, if something is damaged during your stay, the guest is responsable for any damages and has to respond. I believe this is something that every hotel has. Thank you!

I’m sorry you didn’t have a pleasant experience with us. We also hadn’t the most pleasant experience having you with us, you didn’t respect the rules, drank in the pool area, entered guests without leaving an I.D., even though we always let our guests know at the check in and tried to make us responsible. After all that, our staff always tried to be accommodating and urged you to respect the rules.

I enjoyed the property and the location. It is located in the heart of PV's gay zone. Guest policy is strict so if you plan to bring guests regularly, this place may not be for you. Otherwise, it is a pleasant place to stay.

Perfect stay for couples who want to relax. Close to the beach and lots of food options. The rooftop is an absolute gem!

Fantastic modern place in perfect location

Nicely kept place in great location of Zona Romantica. Easy access to beach (1 block away) and quick walk to the main downtown area. Also good restaurants around, as well as a mini market which sells many things at a decent price. The unit is clean and modern, with a full kitchen and bathroom that is sizable. Washer and dryer in unit which is a huge plus. The rooftop has a small pool that faces the ocean and we spent a lot of time there. The front desk staff Caroline is very nice and accommodating. The only down side of the place is they only provide house keeping service once a week (unless if you are willing to pay 250 pesos for additional ones ) but they are willing to exchange towels for free on request.

I had a great overall stay. The property was clean, quiet and fully equipped. However on my last night, the AC stopped working.
