The staff at this property is top-notch. They go out of their way to show true Mexican hospitality, quality service and a friendly vibe. Deni, Rigo, Ana & Marco (as well as everyone else) were amazing. The foods and drinks at the restaurant were delicious! Will definitely stay again.
The only thing I would improve are the small appliances inside the apartment, the Wi-Fi and maybe add a few basic essentials for cooking (salt, pepper, utensils, cooking oil).

Stayed in the Wild Studio. Beautiful room, great layout for a couple. The wall separating the outdoor bathroom from the sleeping/living area opens for a cool experience. The property felt safe and was very clean and well maintained. I only got some juice at the restaurant, but it looked nice and the prices were reasonable. I appreciated the controlled access to the property and the communication from the front desk via WhatsApp was great. Keep in mind that the ENTIRE bathroom is outdoors, so if you are not cool with using the toilet outdoors and all that comes with that, be aware. Lighting is great for photos/video if you're interested in that. The mini bar is well stocked and reasonably priced.

Amazing stay at this boutique hotel. Their 2 bedrooms suite is very spacious and clean, complete with a full kitchen and all the pots and pans and utensils. Easy to call Uber. Very close to all the dining areas and big malls/casino. Clean and big pool with jacuzzi. There’s a small restaurant for easy breakfast/lunch/drinks with reasonable price. The food is somewhat caters for the tourists, more mild taste. If you’re looking for more authentic food, maybe try elsewhere, away from the marina areas. Friendly staff and easy check in. Good value, price is very reasonable.

Great people, very responsive and very nice. We had an issue with our AC that was leaking and they brought up a bucket and extra towels. Our TV wasn't working in one of the rooms. Overall it was a great stay and despite a few minor inconveniences I would stay again. Location was beautiful, food was delicious and staff was great.

Spacious room with large TVs. We used the bikes 1 day that had 2 helmets . Grounds were beautiful

What a fabulous stay at the Hotel San Tropico in the Marina area of Puerto Vallarta! Extremely easy to get to from the airport (8-10CAD) and in a lovely, quiet and beautiful residential area. A little far to walk to the grocery store but if you're into walking, it's great. There is a public bus you can jump on that will take you to the main highway for 10 pesos! The stop is about 5-10 minutes walk away, so we always just opted to walk the whole way.
The hotel itself is gorgeous - the pool and jacuzzi area are unbeatable and super quiet compared to pools in Zona or Centro. The pool area rarely had more than 2-3 other groups, and the bar and food are delicious. We had some cocktails and aguachile just after arriving; what a great way to set the trip off on the right foot.
Huge, spacious room with a full kitchen and essential cooking items. We stayed on the 2nd floor (stairs only, be warned!). Head to the Soriana Hiper in the Plaza Marina and grab your food essentials on day 1 and you'll be absolutely set for the entire trip.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel again and again for groups looking for some quiet time. You may find dinner is hard to find in a pinch (the hotel restaurant closes at 6) as the walk to the Marina or Plaza is far if you're really hungry but cabs are cheap and for the quiet and peace this place offers, it's so worth it.
Thank you to the hotel staff who made our trip so memorable!
