This is a classy historic Mexican hotel in the heart of PV. I love the old feel, the vibes, and the location which was central to everything. The staff were amazing, and most helpful to your needs. Being central to so much there are some noise issues which is part of being in vibrant and beautiful Mexico.

We loved our stay at Rosita, very clean and lovely helpful staff and a fantastic price. Great location! We upgraded to beach view rooms which was well worth the small added fee, rooms were a good size and were very clean and bright with lovely bathroom. A/C was fantastic and there were lots of plug ins for charging devices. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Surprisingly nice stay at a traditional Mexican style hotel had nice rooms, free breakfast and a great location at the top of the Malecon. They don't deliver water daily but have self service large water bottles to download from. Would stay here again.

It was surprisingly clean and well maintained for it being an old building. No foul smells coming from bathroom. I have been in high end hotels with foul smells but this one i must say didnt have that. Surrounding area for it being centrally located near the malecon i had a quiet night. I expected much it to be roudy and noisy. And its really convenient walking distance to plenty of restuarants and i didnt attend but walking distance to a lot of nocturnal clubs decent walking distance. For people wanting to have late night fun. And plenty of traveling shopping stores. For price i paid it was very decent. And free breakfast was a nice touch too!!!! Thanks for humble stay and attentive staff.
