The unique of this property is the location and ho convenient is to walk around the boardwalk and the Romantic zone. I didn’t like is the Hotel rooms are not updated, I had a beautiful room with the ocean front view, but it was a lot of water flood under the bed and the confort was went, the AC did not work well, the room was very hot and smell meldew. I couldn’t stand the smell and asked a different room. I had change to a different room but with no ocean front view for which I had paid, next day basically I had to wait all day to get a room with the ocean view. Finally I had switch to another room, it was better, but it also smells a lot of mildew.
I love about this place is the staff at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner, they are very caring for the guests and very polite and helpful. The food is very delicious and every thing taste fresh. Also this place is safe and welcome.

Right in the center of Old Puerto Vallarta/Romantic zone. Right on the beach and you walk to all restaurants, shops and downtown. Great value for hotel right on the beach with ocean view. 3 swimming pools and hot tub on property. Rooms are small but we only slept there so can"t complain.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The location was excellent with the beach only steps away. Also just about on the Malecon. Wonderful place to stay.

This hotel was excellent! The food was delicious! And I’ve stayed at plenty of all inclusive hotels and have had some awful to mediocre food and this restaurant exceeded my expectations. It’s also located in Zona Romantics which has tons of walkable restaurants and shops. I also liked that the pool is open till 10pm.
Lastly, it is a family friendly hotel but I would not bring my small children to this area. It’s more like a party zone. Small children would be more comfortable in the Zona Hotelera or Nuevo Vallarta/Nayarit. That’s where I used to stay when my kids were younger. They are all over 18 yrs so this area is perfect for the younger teens/adults. I came here this time for my husbands birthday and he wanted only the 2 of us. We had a blast and coincidentally met a few of my colleagues so we hung out a few days. Small world!
