The food is good, lots of options for salads, fruits, ect, lacking meat options! The staff in the beach and pool area are fantastic as well the lunch restaurant by the pool was excellent! The only real disappointment was at the adults only area! The staff was snobby/rude, went there for lunch once, we didn't get a drink! Noone even acknowledged us, obviously didn't return to that area! Proble wont return because we prefer renting something on its own and eating at little restaurants intown!

Underwhelming stay. Staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming, they seemed very annoyed by guests. It was unusual compared to other experiences I have had in Mexico. The other guests we spoke to also said they felt unwanted by the staff. The restaurants were challenging to get in for dinner and when we did finally get in the food was not great when we did get in. Wifi did not work during our stay. Our toilet would not flush the last day we were there. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay last year so much that we returned this year. Our group had several partial ocean and full ocean view rooms once again. No issues with any of them and mini fridges were adequately stocked. The property is well maintained and clean. Food was very good and plentiful. Lots of options at the buffet with theme dinners throughout the week. The specialty restaurants don’t require reservations anymore and offer three seatings. If you wait in line at one restaurant and can’t get in, however, there’s no option to try another so you can enjoy the buffet instead. The pool was clean and refreshing, but the chair game is in full play (just like everywhere else). Lots of activities offered throughout the day including beach volleyball, pool volleyball, bingo, arts and crafts and pool side games. Lots of fun. The evening entertainment is hit and miss but the Michael Jackson show continues to be entertaining. They also offer karaoke in the lobby but it was a bit much. The staff are terrific. Guillermo and Felix will take good care of you around the pool and beach areas. Daniel at reception was always friendly and helpful. All in all it was another wonderful stay. We’re already making plans to return next year.

The property was very dated. The restaurants closed and open sporadically. We had items stolen from our room and I ended up with food poisoning the last day I was there for eating a hotdog at the beach bar the staff was good and I have actually not too many complaints about them

Dear BartholomewWe open three restaurants daily, we alternate the closing date so that the staff can rest, the restaurants do not need reservations and are open from 5:30, we are working on a project to fix the general areas and rooms, I am sure they will be to your liking, I apologize for the theft issue, we had no information and until today we have had no reports of sick people for the hot dogs, it would be very useful for us if you could provide us with more information.I look forward to hearing from you, Best regards
