The room was great. Super comfy and clean. The negative reviews about this property are just wrong. The hotel is near to everything. And the zone is super safe and tourist friendly.

The room was cleaned and A/C working good. The only bad experience we had: we got to the hotel 25 minutes before checking in and staff told us room will be ready at 2:50 pm. the clean ladies left at 3:00 and come back at 3:30 while we still waiting from reception to give us the room. I asked why my room still wasn’t ready and receptionist said the clean ladies left for lunch, and room is not clean yet. Very disappointed experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi area was well organized. Guests are given a private 2-hour time slot, which you schedule at the front desk. They also have music, making it a great place to unwind. One thing that really stood out was the excellent customer service. My husband accidentally left our passports behind when we checked out. We were very worried, but the staff found them, kept them safe, and returned them to us when we called and came back. We are very grateful for their honesty and kindness. The location is also excellent, with everything close by, including the Malecon. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean & attractive room. Very comfortable bed and linens. Unfortunately, there was construction work all night long nearby. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to stay.

Nice property, good location but very loud at night. Room is modern and spacious. They do provide excellent earplugs! The restaurant has one table, no window or maybe a tiny one. The food is cooked on a regular kitchen counter in the room. I chose to breakfast on the malecon. Nice terrace, excellent staff

Love the old vallarata charm and the view is absolutely incredible. At first i was hoping there was air conditioning, but just that little change in elevation makes it perfect, plus having a corner room gives you a view over the city to the north.
Nice size living and eating area separate from the bedroom area, full appliances and kitchen set up

Location is prime 2 minute walk from the Malecón. Staff is super friendly and the entire hotel is very clean. It can get a bit loud because of the live music that the play outside of the hotel but it was tolerable. Overall I would recommend.

Everything was good and clean. The location was nice, but the only issue was that the shower water was always cold. Also, if you don’t mind noise from outside, such as the nearby church and music, it should be fine. Other than that, everything was good.
