To be fair, the hotel itself is fine, breakfast and pool are good, but the staff isn't too nice compared with the recent IHG hotel we stayed recently in Santo Domingo. Especially the overnight person, who wasn't helpful and not polite.

when check in, I was moved to Holiday Inn Suites, both are very, very nice properties. Staff is very helpful and “Amable”

Checked in, no power and no ac, was pitch black, I was sweating, I literally just left. Was a joke.

This our 3 or 4 time staying at this hotel . It’s very nice , clean , staff if great . Overall it’s a beautiful hotel . This time we had our reservation at the other holiday inn and when we were going to check in, they offered us to stay at the holiday inn and suits.

Our flight got cancelled, definitely a great pick due to its distance to the airport and our breakfast was included
