The front desk staff was amazing. Lara and Jezicka were very helpful and nice. When we had a small issue they took care of us which made a huge impact on our stay. The bell hops were very helpful with taxis and reconditions for things to see and do. Overall is was a wonderful experience.

A wonderful resort with really great hospitality. The staff was always happy to help with a smile. Food was great, we really enjoyed the themed nights. Beautiful property with lovely gardens.

Nice staff & good food. However all the rooms I saw were listed at 376 - 474 sq ft and they were not even close to that, they were MUCH smaller. It also lists 3 restaurants, but I was told multiple times there were only 2, and one was just a basic snack bar, the other was a buffet. (That said, the buffet was good.) Whoever took pictures of this place for the Orbitz website deserves an award, the property does not look nearly this nice.

The rooms are really old, the bathroom was falling apart, the staff and service was good most of the time, I won’t come back to this hotel there’s better options for the same price but still not a bad hotel it just needs renovations and at least a mini fridge in the room

The hotel is located in a great area but the rooms itself need some updating and remodeling I understand the concept of keep it rustic looking but it needs some work done broken tiles in the bathroom, mold in the shower area, damage furniture, room door with a huge gap where it doesn’t close right makes you think someone can open the door with a hard push. Food was not good they don’t have a big enough buffet service was not great either and they have waiters couple of times had to request my own utensils and drink refills and I just don’t want to keep going.

The service when you arrive is very friendly! The walkabikity to the beach was perfect! The umbrellas, chairs, and bar at the beach were so nice and convenient! Staff was friendly. Service was good. Hotel is beautiful!

The place looks very cozy and charming. The buffet was good and appetizing. The pool was full of people on the weekend I went. The room was clean but there was a distinct old musty smelly. The door latch lock was missing and the sliding doors to the terrace didn't lock.

my husband and I spent an amazing week at this hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay effortless. The property was peaceful and picturesque, it had a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The pool was perfect, the food was good and location was great. The pool chairs did get taken early in the morning, but the beach shuttle leaves every 5-10 minutes and the beach is really comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d love to return!
