The hotel is very beautiful with gorgeous views from balconies of large rooms. The beach is very uncomfortable due to stones, it’s hard to go in and out of water. For the luxurious hotel like this the beach could’ve been much better. The towers are far and you need a trolley or long walk/hike to go to beach/pool/lobby. Food was great.

My spouse and I recently stayed at Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta for the third time. Unfortunately, it will also be our last. Here's why:
1. Aggressive Sales Tactics: Vendors pressured us to purchase property, despite our desire to relax.
2. All-Inclusive Offer: Employees solicited tips, despite all-inclusive amenities. Including gratuities in the reservation fee would significantly enhance the customer experience for guests and benefit the staff.
3. Unauthorized Charges: Charged $200 for a restaurant we didn't visit; promised refund never issued. Our request to speak with a manager was met with unprofessionalism,
Garza Blanca no longer meets the standards we expected. We won't recommend it.

Took my wife for her birthday for 6 nights . Best resort we have ever stayed at, out of around 20 different ones.
The service was above and beyond by every member of their team. Christian and Ray at the pool got us VIP lounge chairs every day. They entire pool staff made us feel like VIP's. The food was top notch at every restaurant. Beef tenderloin was as good as any I've had. Breakfast was always delicious and plentiful. Every request was met with a smile and promptness. Our room was a panoramic junior suite that had an amazing view of the pools and ocean views for sunsets nightly.
All the reviews about timeshare pitches, locals on the beach, and owners getting better treatment are all false. Never had a single issue with any of this.
Best resort for the money! We will be scheduling another trip at Garza. They make you feel so welcomed.
When you arrive take a taxi for $30.00 US dollars. It is 45 minutes, but a good way to see the area.
