I didn't even get to stay there. And i was not even refunded my money even though the hotel said that they would refund me.

Filthy, bad service, cockroach infested.

Even at the reduced price, this hotel is a real slum. I arrived, they were fully booked, and didn't even have a room for me. Finally got a room, and had to remove 2 cockroaches from the bed during the night. The toilet still had stains from the previous guest, absolutely disgusting. When it rained, it wasn't possible to get to the hotel without muddying all my shoes on the dirty 100m track up to the hotel. As bad as it gets in a hotel.

Terrible service

We arrived at the address listed on the booking (colors boutique hostel). The receptionist then told us that our booking was at their other location. A bit of an inconvenience but we accepted it. So we paid for transportation to their other location. When we went to check in at the new location, the receptionist there told us that our reservation was at another location. At this point it is pouring rain at 11:30pm and we are getting angry. The receptionist then waved down a tricycle and told him where to go. So we paid for transportation again and we arrived back at the first hotel! The receptionist still refused to give us a room there and said it was booked up. We were livid! It was past midnight and we paid to be bounced back and forth between hotels and were told they didn’t have a room for us (even though we paid already). We sat in the lobby for a long while and finally got a call from someone who said they would come to get us and check us in to a room. We got picked up and then taken to the second hotel we went to!! I tried to reach out to Red Doorz customer service with a complaint and received no response. I would never book with Red Doorz again, as this proved my doubts about this garbage company. Stay away from this place like the plague.
